Personal note from the founder~
So what's with the name you may ask?  Well, my grandfather James Hutler was the king at giving all his 15 grandchildren nicknames.  As the oldest grandson, my love for tacos gave him the easy idea for my nickname.  Growing up I remember only being know as "Taco" at church and at other events that family and friends would attend.  When it was time to be baptized, my priest said, "Taco, I should probably know your real name before we do this..."  And for the "Sanchez"... well, that's my birth name and since I took my stepdads last name, I wanted to still recognize my Sanchez family who my mother ensured that I maintained a relationship with over the years.  Plus TacoSanchez goes together like beans and rice!
